God was using that man to talk to me directly. I felt His presence so strong, that I quickly took my wife into my office and told her that God had put on my heart to give a certain amount of money a month to a ministry. It was not a very big amount, but to me back then it was a fortune. In the natural it made no sense. If I barely had enough before to pay my bills and eat, imagine now. I knew that I had hit rock bottom and would loose everything if I did not get a miracle.

My wife knew that I had heard from God, so she told me to obey God and do what He had asked me to do. As we made that decision, unexpectedly an extension cord that was lying on the floor exploded, burning a hole in the carpet. There was absolutely no reason for that cord to do what it had just done. It was absolutely impossible for this event to happen, unless it was triggered supernaturally. I knew right away that the devil was mad and had just thrown a little fit.
